One of the most, if not the most popular heat management devices is the Kaloud Lotus.
Most of the time people see them on most hookah bowls, with people recommending them for your daily hookah session. And even hookah bowl manufacturers will make certain bowls specifically for the Lotus to fit on them (Hookah John Ferris, Alpaca LeRook and Alpaca Lipache).
“Kala” (Kalā) is Hindi for Art and when blended with the word Cloud, it Manifests the Cultural and Innovative Paradigm Shift otherwise known as – KALOUD.
So how does a Lotus make a difference compared to traditional foil over the bowl?

We have been using the Lotus for years now, but never tried to compare their redefined Lotus I+ to their new design of the Lotus II.
As you can see, they used their original Lotus design in the I+ solely because the 2 just does not do the job.
We have tried the Lotus II numerous times, with different bowls. It is a great management device, but in some fields, it just does not feel as effective and convenient as the I and I+.
So for the final question: Which one would we choose between the 2?
It would be the Lotus I+.
